Which hosting plan is right for me?
Your monthly visitors, the number of sites and mailboxes you host and the disk space you need decide it. Starter plans cover a single corporate site; for e-commerce and high-traffic projects we recommend the higher plans or Cloud Server. If you are unsure, our experts will suggest a plan that fits.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan from your client area at any time; the price difference is calculated automatically for the remaining term. Your files, databases and mailboxes stay exactly as they are.
How do I move my existing site to Uzmansoft?
Just open a support ticket after you order. If you are coming from a cPanel host, the move takes a few steps with your full backup and our team follows it end to end. We switch DNS only after confirming everything works on the new server.
How do I transfer my domain from another registrar?
Remove the transfer lock at your current registrar and get the transfer (EPP) code. Then search for your domain with the Transfer option on our domain page and enter the code. Depending on the extension the transfer completes within a few days, and your domain usually gains an extra year.
What is the difference between hosting and Cloud Server?
With hosting, server resources are shared in an optimised environment and we manage the server entirely, ideal for corporate sites and blogs. A Cloud Server reserves CPU, RAM and disk for you alone and gives you root access to install any software, suited to high-traffic projects that need custom configuration.
When will my order be active?
Once your payment is confirmed, hosting and server services are set up automatically; your access details are emailed to you and appear in your client area. For bank transfers, activation follows once the payment reaches our account.
Is an SSL certificate included?
Our hosting plans install and renew a free SSL certificate automatically, so your site opens over HTTPS with no extra steps. For projects that need organisation validation, paid SSL options are available too.
Is my data backed up?
Hosting accounts are backed up regularly; backup frequency and retention are listed in the plan features. You can also take your own backup from cPanel at any time and download it to your computer.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. The available methods are listed at the payment step of your cart, and we email a reminder before each renewal date.
